SensyTouch is the Recipient of Outstanding Consumer Devices and Software Award for OC Tech Alliance’s 21st Annual High-Tech Innovation Awards

SensyTouch, a leading designer of multi-touch displays, was announced as the Recipient of the Outstanding Consumer Devices and Software Award at the OC Tech Alliance 21st Annual High Tech Innovation Awards ceremony. SensyTouch’s winning product was its Projected Capacitive Multi-touch screen. The Irvine-based company was honored Oct. 9 at the Westin South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa.

The fully integrated Projected Capactive multi-touch system – at a mere 2.3” - is the world’s sleekest all-in-one system. The touch response time is less than 7ms with an accuracy of 0.5 mm. The outer case and internal support structure are all made with high grade aluminum which offers strength while providing for passive cooling requiring just two internal cooling fans. The multi-touch system is eco-friendly and consumes less the 230W

It is equipped with a 110-220V universal power supply. The multi-touch system comes standard with built-in Wireless, Bluetooth, USB 3.0 and HDMI connection ports.

“We are honored to win in the Consumer Devices and Software category at this year’s awards,” said Suda Sampath, SensyTouch President and CEO of the company founded in 2010. “The High-Tech Innovation Awards from the OC Tech Alliance is a Southern California tradition for recognizing technology innovation.
